The upper court was built on a newly constructed steel-and-wood joist frame with a plywood subfloor. Applying a standard rigid coating here would result in immediate cracking and tearing along the wood panel seams.

• Structural Stabilization: Our team secured and tightened every plywood panel to the underlying support frame to eliminate structural deflection (sagging) when players sprint and jump.

• Elastic Joint Bridging: Every single seam and gap between the plywood sheets was routed, filled with a flexible polyurea compound, and bridged using high-tensile mesh reinforcement. This creates an isolated, unified canvas that neutralizes subfloor movement.

• Advanced Timber Priming: We applied a premium, deeply penetrating timber-bonding epoxy primer designed to seal the wood fibers, blocking atmospheric humidity from beneath while providing an ultra-strong adhesion matrix for the subsequent PU sports layers.
